Orange Mountain Bikes Limited warrants each new Orange bicycle frame, rigid fork (if fitted) and Orange

components against defects in workmanship and materials for the following periods from the purchase date of original owner.

All suspension forks, rear shocks (if fitted) and components (other than those made by Orange) shall be covered by the stated warranty of their manufacturer.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, fork or component part and is the sole remedy of the warranty.

This warranty applies only to a bicycle purchased from a retailer authorised by Orange Mountain Bikes Limited.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, maintenance or installation of parts and accessories not originally intended for, or compatible with, the bicycle as sold. Specifically the fitting of double crown (also known as triple clamp) forks to the XC, Tr ail, XC race and road models as listed above will invalidate this warranty.

The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, abuse or neglect.

Orange Mountain Bikes Limited shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Claims under this warranty are to be made through an authorised Orange dealer. Proof of purchase is required and a warranty registration card (see opposite) must have been received by Orange Mountain Bikes Limited before warranty claims can be processed.

Please note that this warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.
