Ex-demo, magazine and test bikes
At certain times in the year we have bikes which have been used for dealer demo or magazines. These bikes are used and a guide to their condition is included, 5 is almost new, 1 is a bike which has been well travelled.
Before being offered for sale the bikes have been checked and prepared by our Factory technicians and are supplied with a limited 30 day warranty.
These bikes cannot be supplied by mail order. If you are interested in one of these bikes then you must view it prior to purchase, we cannot be responsible for sending a bike out and you finding it is not what you expected!!
They must be collected from the Halifax factory during our working hours, 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Thursday and 8:00am - 12:00pm Friday. A prior arrangement is needed, please do not turn up without one.

We would always recommend that you purchase your new bike through one of our Orange Premier Dealers, they can offer you advise on selecting the correct model and size as well as providing backup and after sales support.
There are times when we have small numbers of old models which have been superseded. If you are confident that you know the correct size and model and have the technical knowledge to finish off assembling the bike then you may be prepared to consider purchasing one of these bikes. Choices of size and colour are limited and all ex demo and team bikes are sold without warranty.
We cannot accept credit card payments via the Internet. To purchase a bike you must email: sales@orangebikes.co.uk telling us which model, size and colour you require and most importantly leaving a day time contact telephone number so that we can call you back to arrange payment over the phone. We realise that this is inconvenient but we do not have a secure server to do this as yet.

You may have found Orange bikes advertised at discounted prices either by mail order or over the Internet, please note that we only offer a warranty to bikes purchased through an official Orange Dealer. Check the Orange Dealer listing to make sure the retailer you are considering is an authorised Orange stockist. If in doubt do not purchase from them and please let us know.
