1 Year Racing Warranty
Date of Purchase: 1/07/2016 to 31/10/2017
This 1 Year racing warranty allows for using your Orange Bike in competition. Due to the additional stresses and impactful nature of gravity competition, normally not covered by warranty, Orange BIkes warranty these frames for 1 year from the purchase date.
Orange Mountain Bikes Limited (Orange) warrants to the original owner each new Orange bicycle frame, rigid fork (if fitted), suspension pivot bearings and Orange components against defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the purchase date. After registration of your frame.
All suspension forks, rear shocks (if fitted) and components (other than those made by Orange) shall be covered by the stated warranty of their manufacturer. Warranty claims for suspension forks, rear shocks and components should be sent to the representative of the manufacturer via the supplying dealer.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, fork or component part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. The owner will also be responsible for any labour and postage costs involved and the cost of any additional components required.
This warranty applies only to a bicycle purchased from Orange Mountain Bikes Limited or a retailer authorised by Orange Mountain Bikes Limited.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear,
- Improper assembly (such as crossed bottom bracket threads),
- Damage due to poor maintenance
- Damage or failure due to accident, abuse, collision impact (e.g. flared headtube)
- Neglect (e.g. chainstay chipping, cables rubbing through paint)
The warranty will be invalidated by:
- Installation of parts and accessories not originally intended for, or compatible with the bicycle as sold.
- Fitting or modification of rear suspension units not supplied as original equipment
- Fitting suspension forks with travel longer than the recommended maximum, (shown on each model's geometry information)
- Incorrect fitting of a dropper seatpost Click here for information

Main pivot bearings are covered for manufacturing failures. In general bearings are 'wear and tear' items and require routine maintenance - this will need doing frequently if you ride your bike in wet and muddy conditions or use a jet-washer heavily. If you believe your pivot bearings have failed due to manufacturing fault please contact your dealer.

Your Orange dealer can provide clarification of these categories and the intended use for individual models, if required.
